Lauren E. Brown is a code enforcement attorney at Civica Law Group, APC, and Daily Journal's Top 100 Women Lawyers in California (2025). She is a contributing author to multiple legal articles for Western City Magazine and has been cited in Northwestern University Law Review. Ms. Brown’s practice areas include drone policies and procedures, receiverships, nuisance abatement, administrative law, and municipal law and litigation.

Ms. Brown earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she obtained a concentration in civil litigation and worked for a general litigation law firm. Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University graduating magna cum laude and receiving merit-based scholarships.

When not practicing law, Ms. Brown enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and hiking.
