Since joining Civica Law Group, Celina has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm's marketing presence by leading website strategy and development, marketing automation, email campaigns, graphic design, event promotion, analytics, and multimedia content. She directed the firm's website migration to HubSpot, designing and building each webpage, implementing marketing workflows, managing the domain transition, and ensuring a seamless launch while maintaining business continuity.
Beyond traditional marketing, Celina oversees communications for the firm's educational initiatives, including TruCode® Academy and the TruCode® Podcast, helping transform complex legal and municipal topics into accessible educational resources for public agencies, code enforcement professionals, and industry partners.
Before joining Civica Law Group, Celina built experience across government, public relations, hospitality, and business-to-business marketing. Her diverse background allows her to approach every project with both strategic perspective and practical execution.
Celina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Public Relations from California State University, Long Beach. She is passionate about continuous learning, innovative problem-solving, and creating meaningful connections through thoughtful communication and design.
